A Quick Tip from the Countryside
Hi! Apologies that there's no full post today. I'm away at the moment and this week has been pretty hectic, and I haven't got round to writing a full one for today - writing using the app, so the format will be a bit ad hoc.
Just a quick tip - get some more sunlight! A 2017 study found that in men with Vitamin D dericiency that supplemented their diet increased testosterone levels, which is of course linked to muscle growth!
So, either go outside more to get more Vitamin D, or consider taking a supplement. The link between testosterone and Vitamin D levels haven't been fully established mind you, but considering that it's estimated that up to a billion are deficient of the stuff, it's worth improving anyway for your general health and wellbeing.
Enjoy your evening!
